Mixed-Use Condo Community to Be Built Around the Corner from Alloy

Alloy’s developer, Core Development, today announced plans for a mixed-use community at the intersection of Nolensville Pike and Napolean Avenue. The community will include 180 condos and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

The mixed-use condo development planned for the vacant field at 2165 Nolensville Pike would be the latest for Nashville-based Core in that area near the Casa Azafran community center, which bills itself as The Gateway to Nashville’s International District.

“Obviously, we’re very high on that area,” said Kent Campbell, vice president with Core Development, a sister company to the Village Real Estate Services real estate agency. “We believe that the Nolensville corridor from The Fairgrounds to (Interstate)-440 represents a great opportunity.”

“This site is very close both to our Wedgewood-Houston properties as well as our Alloy at Tech Hill project on Herron Drive,” Campbell said. “We feel the Nolensville Road corridor has great opportunities for residential growth.”
