Core Development has landed three permits related to its Alloy on Tech Hill project under construction in South Nashville.
The permits have a collective value of about $6.4 million. Nashville-based The Carter Group is handling the job.
Core Development has tapped EOA Architects to design the project’s four-story ALLOY condo building. Both are locally based.
A late 2017 completion is tentatively slated.
Alloy on Tech Hill has an address of 400 Herron Drive.
Core is rehabbing an existing building and constructing three new structures with a mix of residences and pop-up retail, maker spaces and/or home-based offices.
